  • Able to understand and define a process and SOP for a business operation
  • Able to interact, communicate with various partners, internal teams, customers and key stakeholders to understand requirements, arrive at solutions and note down action items.
  • Ability to plan and structure the execution work across multiple team members and do a follow up for completion/closure.
  • Able to analyze various data points, pivot through different numbers and arrive at some analysis and conclusions or shortlisting based on data.
  • Good analytical skills to be able to quickly learn and respond to the changing requirements.
  • Ability to structure and plan in dynamic and unknown scenarios.
