Job Description:


1. He needs to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

2. He should be actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

3. He needs to hire and train 35-40 resellers for his team.

4. He needs to follow up and push resellers for meeting the entire team's sales targets.

5. He should be capable enough to resolve his team members' real-time grievances.

6. He should maintain positive relationships with resellers and customers to ensure future sales.


Skills and experience:

1. 1.5-2 year exp in FMCG sales

2. Team handling

3. Leadership


Salary - 15k Fixed + Upto 5K incentives Monthly

Location - Akola


*Note- Local candidates of Akola are preferred

Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 2,50,000 PA.
