Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Should be able to independently handle roles &bulk hiring for the Organisation
2.Individual sourcing profiles
3.Manage to reduce the cost per hire by reducing dependency on external hiring consultants, increasing referral contribution and campus hiring programs.
4.Knowledge on competency framework for all positions to increase the eiciency of Interviewer while also focusing on optimising candidate interview experience
5.Allocate workload and resources appropriately.
6. Conduct Daily and Weekly one-on-ones with direct reports to assess progress as well as strategize on varioushiringneeds.Maintain a tight control over the turn-around-times ( TATs ) within therecruitmentprocess
7.Analyse, develop, recommend and implementrecruitmentstrategies for achieving fulfillments on time.
