Roles and Responsibilities
Position: Executive Central Operations/Team LeadRole
Ops executive is responsible for monitoring more than one station from operations and compliance point of view in coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders. The job requires someone who has a larger picture of customer experience in mind and a high willingness to take ownership. The job requires a person who has skills in identifying patterns and ability to scrutinize details and foresee the implications of the data. The job also requires him to be organized.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of warehouses located in multiple cities, including
o Inventory management
o Delivery
o Cash/Cheque management
• Monitor and coordinate with station/hub to achieve objectives
• Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation and updating the same
• Ensure adherence to processes, ensure that all elements of the delivery are coordinated to meet customer requirements in a timely manner
• Audit the sites for various operational conformances and norms
• Provides proactive communications and solutions for issues to the stations/hubs
• Interact with various stakeholders to provide regular updates on current process and suggest improvements
• Willingness to travel to various locations as per requirements such as process audit, inventory audit etc; minimum 1 week travel in a calendar month
• 6 Days working, Monday to Saturday.
Skill-set:
• Must be able to multi-task, managing multiple sites simultaneously
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and stake holder management skills
• Ability to work in both team and individual settings
• Well versed with Microsoft office
